Our Fees Are Reasonable

Our law firm charges reasonable fees and we do not charge our clients a higher fee to go to trial, as some firms do. Our clients generally agree to pay our firm one-third of the amount collected from the defendants whether the case is resolved before trial, after trial or after an appeal is completed.

Some law firms charge 40% if the case is resolved after the lawsuit is filed and 50% if the case is resolved during or after an appeal. We do not do that. We believe that whether a case is resolved at a certain stage should not cost the client a higher percentage fee.

We charge no attorneys’ fee unless we are successful in recovering damages for you. It does not matter if we work on a case for five days or five years, if you do not recover damages, our law firm does not charge any attorneys’ fee.
