A suburban Chicago OB/GYN is facing allegations of misconduct and has lost his medical license, according to media reports.
More than 50 former patients have brought allegations against Dr. Vernon Cannon. Victims allege he:
- Saw patients while intoxicated
- Delivered a baby while intoxicated
- Disrobed in front of patients
- Asked patients for dates
- Asked patients to set him up for dates with friends
Media reports say the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation revoked Dr. Cannon’s medical license due to unprofessional conduct.
