The man claims that his son suffered a ruptured appendix due to this incorrect diagnosis. According to the man, the appendix rupture led to some of his son’s intestinal tract having to be removed.
The man has brought a medical malpractice lawsuit in connection to the alleged misdiagnosis. The lawsuit names the hospital and a doctor as defendants.
