Biography

Matthew Ports has dedicated his entire career to representing those killed and injured by the negligence of others. Matt started working with Michael Gill immediately after law school, and the two have been law partners since January 2008. Matt regularly represents the victims of medical malpractice, defective products, construction negligence, auto collisions, and other unsafe or dangerous conditions. He has prosecuted cases in both state and federal court and represented plaintiffs throughout the Chicagoland area, many of Cook County’s collar counties, and throughout Central Illinois, including Peoria and Tazewell Counties.
